We are pleased to inform you about the publication of our new article, “Evolutionarily conserved serum microRNAs predict radiation-induced fatality in nonhuman primates”, in Science Translational Medicine (IF: 16,264). Main authors of the work, prof. Wojciech Fendler, MD, PhD, and Beata Małachowska, MD, performed a comprehensive evaluation of miRNA changes after exposition to ionizing radiation. The research was conducted in cooperation with prof. Dipanjan Chowdhury lab (Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, USA) and Vijaya Singha, MD, PhD (Armed Forces Radion Research Institute, Bethesda, USA).
