We are pleased to announce that MSc Katarzyna Płoszka has begun her doctoral studies at the newly established Doctoral School of Molecular Medicine at the Medical University of Łódź, which is an initiative of several leading scientific institutions in Poland, focused on molecular research in medicine.

Under the supervision of Prof. Wojciech Fendler, MD, PhD, she will conduct a project titled “Dynamic evaluation of menstrual cycle’s impact on R-loop formation in women with DNA repair deficiency-associated malignancies.”
