We are pleased to inform you about the publication of our new article “Compensatory Metabolic Networks in Pancreatic Cancers Upon Perturbation of Glutamine Metabolism” in Nature Communications (IF: 12,353). Among the authors of the work were prof. Wojciech Fendler, MD, PhD, and Beata Małachowska, MD. The article focusses on the application of glutaminase inhibitors as potential new therapy in pancreatic cancer, utilizing drug repurposing and combination methods. Research was conducted in cooperation with prof. Dipanjan Chowdhury lab (Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, USA).
