Members of our Department have recently traveled to Boston for a collaborative visit with colleagues at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) and Department of Radiation Oncology at Harvard Medical School.
We had great pleasure to discuss our projects with prof. Chowdhury, dr Kozono and dr Leeman. We shared the progress of our ongoing projects – NCN Opus and Gray Foundation grants, and plan for new exciting projects in the future. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen ongoing partnerships, exchange ideas, and explore future directions for joint research efforts.
In addition to the scientific program, the team had the chance to experience Boston’s renowned academic environment and vibrant cultural landscape, including scenic views along the Charles River and the Longwood Medical Area.
We are grateful to our hosts at DFCI and Harvard Medical School for their hospitality and insightful engagement, and we look forward to building on the momentum of this visit in the months ahead.
