Akanksha Jaiswar

I am a researcher from India, completed my PhD at the Mossakowski Medical Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, Poland. My doctoral research focuses on the multiomics analysis of molecular programs associated with driver oncogenes, such as mutant TP53, KRAS, hyperactive CMYC, and the proteasome machinery, in human neoplasia. Driven by the goal of identifying novel therapeutic targets for human cancers, particularly lung, colon, and pancreatic cancers, I hold a Master's degree in Technology in Bioinformatics from Banasthali University, India, and bring about 6-7 years of rich research background in bioinformatics, providing rich experience in handling large datasets, NGS data analysis including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics. I have contributed to various research articles, reviews, and book chapters. I like to actively participate in conferences and summer schools to learn and exchange scientific ideas. In my free time, I enjoy reading novels, solving puzzles, and exploring new places.
