We are happy to announce that Urszula Smyczyńska, PhD, MEng, has been awarded a research grant within MINIATURA 5 NCN call. The funds obtained will allow for 10-week research and training stay at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA, during which our team member will investigate advanced image analysis techniques and their application in radiomics. Gained experience in the leading research center will be utilized in our team’s projects concerning applications of radiomics in lung cancer.
