We are pleased to announce that Grzegorz Mirocha, a student from the Department of Biostatistics and Translational Medicine, has received funding of PLN 30,000 under the “UMed grants” program for his project “Exploring NRP2 and MDK as serum markers for predicting poor mobilization in multiple myeloma patients treated with anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody-based induction therapy”. The project aims to evaluate the utility of easily measurable NRP2 and MDK biomarkers in predicting ineffective mobilization, a critical step in bone marrow transplantation for patients with multiple myeloma. The project supervisors are Prof. Wojciech Fendler and Dr. Damian Mikulski. Congratulations and we wish you further success!
