We are thrilled to announce the remarkable accomplishments of our student-scientists at the recent Juvenes Pro Medicina conference, held from May 9-11, 2024.
- Marysia Wołyniak secured first place in the Immunology session with her presentation “Potential overlap between cannabinoid and nociceptin signaling and their role in the intestinal inflammation explored in a mouse model and human samples”, leading her to qualify and triumph in the Plenary Session! Congratulations!
- Matylda Sobczak earned third place in the Oncology session with her presentation “Alterations in miRNA expression in BRCA-mutated patients”!
- Julia Wykrota also took third place, in the Internal Medicine session, with her presentation “T1Drink – alcohol-related glycemic variability in people with type 1 diabetes (T1D) supported by continuous glucose monitoring technology”!
